I work with teens, adults, and families. As a counselor working with my clients, I see this process as an opportunity to flourish. I provide counseling for issues of past trauma, family and relationship conflicts, life transitions, anxiety and depression. I also offer clinical supervision to counselors pursuing licensure.

I have over a decade of experience counseling in settings including community health, residential, homes and schools. I provide therapy for teens, young adults and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, family stressors, trauma, and difficulty coping with life stressors.
