Bri Kennedy, LPC
My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. I want therapy to feel like a place where you don’t have to carry everything alone, and where you can begin to experience new ways of coping, connecting, and thriving.
I bring years of experience working with teens and young adults, and I love helping them navigate the pressures of school, friendships, family, and identity as they grow into adulthood. At the same time, I work with adults across all stages of life who are seeking to understand themselves more deeply, heal from past attachment wounds, and build stronger, more secure relationships. My goal is to meet each client—whether adolescent, young adult, or older adult—exactly where they are and support them in finding new ways to thrive.
In therapy, I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and NMT (Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics). I also integrate several somatic, cognitive, and attachment-based modalities into my work. My focus is always on tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each person, fostering healing, restoring hope, and empowering clients to move forward with greater confidence and connection.
