Amanda Detwiler, LAPC
If you come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or repeating familiar patterns, we can explore possible avenues towards meaningful healing and growth. You may feel anxious or unclear about your relationships, identity, or past experiences. I can encourage you in easing fear, building confidence, or understanding yourself more deeply.
I have experience with teens and adults in community settings working on anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, neurodiversity, and family dynamics. I also support clients with physical disabilities, life transitions, and empowerment by integrating ACT alongside fitting modalities.
I draw from relational, parts‑work, and trauma-informed creative approaches. My goal is to create an affirming space for reconnection and positive change.
